How does your system work logistically?

Once we ensure that your item is flawless, we’ll work with our customs partners to get your item to our India warehouse and then safely in your hands, while giving you the ability to track your package every step of the way. Our service does not stop there. Our dedicated customer support staff will follow up to ensure that you are thoroughly delighted with the experience, even scheduling the contact at your convenience.

When do you collect payment?
All payments are collected 100% in advance by default. We accept the most popular brands of credit cards for payment, namely Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express, processed by payU and CC Avenue.
In our efforts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, catering to a lot more patrons, you can expect a lot of flexibility from us, as we also do Cash on Delivery transactions (COD). We have a solution for every situation.

Our free delivery service normally provides an ETA (estimated time of arrival) for deliveries, so please wait within the stated time-frame for the delivery. Certain services are guaranteed by Cglobal, and if you opted for guaranteed service, you can expect a specific delivery date. Please get in touch with us for a reimbursement if you don’t receive it on time if you opted for our guaranteed service, using the same contact information stated above.

What if I receive a damaged item?
Despite extensive packaging, if your order still arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will simply ask you for images of the damaged box and/or item so that we can start processing either a return, and a full refund of the item, or a replacement per your preference. What if I receive a defective item?
